Authenticating luxury bags online Without shipping the bag for inspection Is it possible
A software development project for an online luxury bag authentication business. The goal was to turn the service into a clear step by step system that works on mobile, reduces missing information, prevents lost messages, and supports transparent Popular Vote style evidence for every case. We designed a web application on LINE LIFF with a credit system, an inspection profile, and an automated certificate flow.

Can you authenticate a luxury bag online without sending the bag to an authenticator
Originally, the business used LINE OA as the main channel. Every staff member talked to customers through this channel, but it caused data management problems.
The bank transfer process and sending payment slips were inconvenient.
Customers often sent incomplete or unclear photos for inspection, which made the team’s work difficult.
Requests and cases were missed and not processed. The team could not separate urgent work from non urgent work.

*The difficulty of online bag authentication is that the inspection cannot physically touch and feel the bag’s material.
Designing a service business system with digital tools to improve convenience
We received a broad brief, and it became our responsibility to define what the business truly is. The first thing we did was analyze what is and is not the right approach for this project, so we would not lose direction.

*The big concept of the project we designed
Operating only through LINE chat creates constant friction
Because the bag authentication service involves many transfers and a high number of transactions, we chose to avoid distributing through the Apple App Store for now. While studying the development approach, we found that Apple is very strict about payments through Apple Pay, and the commission fees can be expensive across multiple layers.
So we concluded that building the platform on LINE LIFF instead would be more suitable. It is a form of web application that allows flexible connection with Thai customers, since almost everyone in Thailand already uses LINE.

*Activities that will happen with LINE LIFF as the center

*Creating a map of customer activities that will happen on mobile

*Creating the data connections for authenticators who must review bags through the web

*Creating the customer credit top up system

*User interface design for every service step we built and tested with our team
Create a brand for yourself as well.
Once the project was in the hands of brand builders, we did not wait. We adjusted the platform process to fit the brand direction, using our brand knowledge to design the logo, define the color identity, and weave these into the work without charging any additional fees.

*We also believed in it and checked it using astrology principles as well. At this point the client was happy, and we were happy
Try it out too. Trade together
The goal of our work was to push a usable product to the client as fast as possible. We started with an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), then kept refining it step by step together with the client.

*The app, once completed, was put back into LINE OA as usual. What was added was the credit system and the inspection profile.

*Upgraded the certificate creation process from the previous manual method to a prepared template that can be generated automatically from the system.

*After testing with a sample customer group, they continued suggesting improvements to the system over time.
Fully activated
After delivering the work, of course we had to wait for the real launch. Now the main platform has been launched. New customers have started coming in, and the inspection results were delivered as expected. It is considered a successful first step.
