
Chiangmai Dust Warroom Real time web app for solving Chiang Mai haze and forest fire issues
A Web Application project for the Warroom (Chiang Mai haze and forest fire operations center). The goal was to collect and analyze data in real time so executives could make faster and more accurate decisions. The system also supported multi screen dashboards on monitors inside the Warroom to help teams operate in a time critical environment.

The goal was to collect and analyze data in real time so executives could make faster and more accurate decisions. The system also supported multi screen dashboards on monitors inside the Warroom to help teams operate in a time critical environment.

The main challenge was data must be immediately actionable and the UI must be understood within seconds
Decisions in haze and forest fire situations are time critical, so users must be able to see the data and understand it instantly
The system had to display on multiple monitor screens inside the Warroom, so information presentation needed to be clear easy to read and not cluttered
The users were executives and the operations team, so we focused on large icons and a simple concept to make it easy to use under pressure
Consolidate insights analyze in real time and deliver Warroom ready dashboards
Built a Decision Support System to collect and analyze data so it could be used for real time decision making
Designed screens specifically for large monitors in the Warroom so users can see clearly and reduce interpretation steps
Set a green theme to represent nature and clean air as a reminder of the true purpose of the system

Collaborated across sectors brainstormed designed the system architecture developed the web app and delivered to the agency
Brand Direction and Message Framework (for government and Warroom systems)
Defined the system purpose clearly data must truly support decisions not just look good
Followed Warroom UX principles easy to read fast to grasp and immediately usable large icons and straightforward concept

Final product
The final work was compiled and delivered to the Chiang Mai Provincial Office. Special thanks to forest fire operation units the Royal Forest Department the Thai Meteorological Department and other organizations for supporting deep insights and data.
