Carwash franchise system Built with a delivery app mindset
A software development project for a carwash business that wanted to scale into a franchise model. The goal was to build a large system similar to a delivery app, while keeping the budget realistic. We started with simple requirements, focused on features customers actually use, and developed in an iterative loop design prototype build test until it was ready for iOS and Android, with continued support after delivery.
Introduction
Wisdom Carwash wanted software that strengthens the business and enables expansion like major brands, without needing an investment at the hundred million baht level. We designed the system to cover the essentials first, then refined and expanded it based on real usage.

Problems
They wanted a large system like a delivery app, but the constraint was that the investment budget had to be feasible. In the beginning, the end goal was not fully clear, so we had to work in a way that makes things visible quickly, lets them try quickly, then improves. The system also had to support many types of devices and go through thorough testing before real release.

We started by turning a broad idea into clear requirements so the design team and development team could see the same picture, then broke it down into the main screens and core features of the app.

Processes
Iterate until it is easy to use and truly looks good. We designed screens to help the team visualize as fast as possible, even when the final destination was not fully known. We built clickable prototypes and refined the design through multiple versions based on real trials.

Along the way, we kept adding UX details to make the app easier to use, including light and dark mode based on real use

We created a checklist of issues one by one, with many screenshots and comments, and tested across multiple platforms and device models.

After delivery, we continued supporting the owner because real on site usage always reveals things to adjust

Result
Even when the software is finished, our work is not over. We still need to support the project owner in bringing the system into real operations. Meetings and improvements continue based on real usage.
